Voat was always going to be a cesspool because of the actual reason they were migrating in the first place. A bunch of hate subs got banned and the kind of people who would be upset enough to boycott that are shit heads so it was inevitable.
I did that with metalgearsolid though in all honesty if those mods come over hear I'll just make them mods and let them handle it haha. I just wanted to get the ball rolling while the hype train for the remake is going on.
I'm pretty sure none of them thought about that because they're basically just doing this out of anger. They know it won't change reddits decision so they want to take it away from all the users that don't really care about third party apps or mod tools.
