I work as an office worker at a community center with a youth program that sometimes gets pulled into the "counselor" position when we're short handed. I can't understand how the counselor's stay so motivated to teach the kids anything when I feel like they all know what's coming and there isn't any curriculum for us because its after school.

I just can't even stand the personality of someone who's first fucking instinct when they see violent or sexual media is "If I don't like it no one should be allowed to see it." Fuck off.
I closed the community center I work at alone yesterday. Had a homeless guy come by after closing wanting me to bag some pantry food for them and I told them I was wrapping up for the day and they'd have to come tomorrow. He threw a hissy fit, I shut the door, and 2 minutes later another burly hairy dude in an old SUV came by with a nasty grumpy look on his face parked directly in front of our front door. They waited outside the door for me to leave.
Suffice to say I wasn't interested in getting jumped/stabbed over whatever they were thinking and I exited out the back and snuck the rest of the way to my car. What a fucking memorable Monday.
Bare minimum, if at any point you've expressed as a politician negative views towards democracy or any core philosophical element of democracy or indicates a desire to remove or destroy it, you should be bared from running for office.
Any politician who expresses positive feelings or views of historical parties who dismantled or destroyed democracy should also bar them from running.
You wouldn't even have to use the word "fascism". Just create a law that establishes that its illegal to dismantle, weaken, or destroy democracy and that even conspiring or openly stating the criminal threat of doing so is also a crime and on top of whatever criminal penalties it also prevents you from running for office as punishment.
