I enjoy Adam Ragusea's podcast. It is a bit all over the place sometimes, but it's mostly about cooking related stuff?

French speakers should check out Mike Ward sous écoute. It's just Québec comedians* getting drunk in front of a crowd. I really enjoy it.

Darknet diaries have been named a few times already, but I will also list it, it's just that good haha.

* Google tells me humorist is a word in english but im not sure? It's mostly people doing comedy, not necessarily movies etc.

It's really insanely good. Took a break after binging the first 50 or so episodes. Looks like I haven't even listened to your favourites yet!

I personally think the purpose of life is to reproduce. Everything we are is just because it made us better at surviving and multiplying. We are merely animals.

I dont think we need to have kids just because that's what we exist for. We're intelligent enough to go against our basic instincts if we wish. In that optic, we all need to find our own purpose!

Apps for desktop websites isn’t a thing

It totally is a thing. But at the same time, you're not wrong, since they all run on electron lmao.

Sometimes most people with the knowledge are gone, the people left need to keep things relatively up to date for security reasons, but the legacy systems aren't as nice, so it takes time and is generally unfun to do. Sometimes a new law in Europe goes live and you should be able to add a pop-up somewhere, but when you follow the docs on how to update stuff, it doesn't even work for a myriad of reasons. It's not like maintaining a software for 12 years really, which a ton of businesses do successfully. When you're just keeping something alive that works and almost never crashes, you get to a point where doing mandated new updates gets harder and harder. And now with the shops gone, there's even less of a money incentive to keep the thing going :(

Is fantasy life a jrpg? I picked it back up after not playing for a while and I'm having a blast. I regret not having bought the dlc before the store closed however :(

You can totally kill 20 hours on vampire survivor. I just discovered the game with the switch release and it consumed my life for about a week.

Nah, I did well in school and it's almost impossible to get that diagnosis as a adult around here. I do find the adhd memes relatable tho lol.

Can't you just skin them and throw away only the skin?

Mine is Xenoblade X. For all its flaws, I have never found a more fun world to explore. You spend hours exploring the map on foot, and then once you get your mech, it's like the game completely changes scale in a way I've never experienced since.

I don't like the taste of cooked raspberries, but I have a ton of raspberry plants. Here's a few things I have tried this year:

Raspberry yogourt, just mixed some plain greek yogourt with strawberries

Raspberry sorbet, this one didn't go well, spent all day beating the sorbet every hour only for it to freeze solid during the night.

Pectin raspberry jam using some pectin packet from the store

Raspberry salad dressing! Probably my favourite. Pass the raspberries through a sieve to remove the seeds, then mix with an acid, either lemon or balsamic vinegar. Add some good quality olive oil, a bit of dijon mustard, and it is delicious.

I did another salad dressing similar to the previous one, but with goat cheese mixed in. It tasted great, but it turned the whole thing bubble pink, which was honestly quite off putting on a salad.

Some sort of raspberry mousse by mounting leftover egg whites from making mayonnaise into stiff peaks and then beating raspberries into it
