Entra Graphical update is live, new way to sink protean materials during DXP which starts Friday (10 Nov). Starting 8 Nov bonds will a uplift in value until the end of year.

 

Lots of small fixes, small necromancy rebalancing, Urns can now be made with staves.

 
  • Combat beta launching on 30th Oct
  • Fremennik, Entrana and some dungeons graphical upgrades on 6th and 13th Nov
  • 10 day Double XP starting 10th Nov
  • Zemouregal's last stand, new boss battle on 20th Nov
  • Community hitlist throughout November
 

The earlier announced necromancy updates are live. A new (paid) cosmetic override for your off time. The book "The gift of Guthix" is now available for pre-order. And a decent list of miscellaneous bug fixes.

 

Necromancy conjures damage output being nerved and conjure abilities will have their adrenaline cost removed. Also a new conjure ability to conjure multiple conjures at once.

In other news: Combat Beta will be launched with the first set of changes. Hit Chance moving to Necromancy style and Critical Strike being simplified to the usual crit chance % and crit damage % set up.

 

Spooky event has started and Rellekka will be next to get a graphical overhaul.

 

Fashion Scape will be back in town. Let's collectively start praying for good odds.

 

Coming next week, the next quest in the Fort Forinthry series. Unlocking the Botanists Workbench after quest completion and it'll have lv50 Necromancy requirement. Better get your rituals going if you're not 50 yet.

 

Start of the Hero Pass survey and a reduction of required hero points. Also a charity events for disabled gamers is running until October 13th.

The start of September's game jam and a bunch of small patches.

 

A few tweaks to Necromancy abilities and the first few reverts on the Hero Pass.

 

Only a few days in and they're already sharing their actions upon feedback. Great sign for the future of Hero Pass imo.

So far, to me it doesn't seem all that grindy but they've still reduced the expected time for the daily tasks down. I do second that having the pass ui in the upgrades & extras section makes it tedious to reach when not following the announcement in chats.
