The temperature difference between streets in our neighborhood that have trees and those that don't is eye-opening. Even more so with parks. Trees create such a pleasant micro-climate.

True, yeah there's not much of a story if he just knew who she was from the start. I was just wondering how long he'd continue being oblivious.

Also thought it was wild they went right back smoking after his scare.

Picked the first volume up at my local library without knowing anything about it. Was a light read and the MC is pretty dense, but mostly enjoyed it. Thanks for this, guess I can pick up where I left off

Ah, you're back

The icing is that it was Norvell's former team that did it and FSU paid them $1.3M for the honors.

From top 10 to unranked and 0-3. Norvell's seat maybe hotter than Napier's.

True, Net Metering 3.0 made paybacks longer, although if you apply your tax credits to your loan it's still reasonable. Though I'd point out that there's no break even point if you're just paying PG&E. With a solar loan, your payments are locked in vs subject to rate increases and after its paid off, you essentially eliminate your electric bill. I'm just speaking from personal experience though so YMMV.

I agree that housing affordability is difficult in CA and that renters have less options in this regard.

That's crazy. Is solar an option? It's close to $120/mo depending on how many panels you get and the terms of the loan/lease. And if you buy you get up to a 1/3 of it back in tax credit (assuming you owe enough).

The kicker is that a vast amount of these stadiums are paid for by tax payers. We're subsidizing billionaires to build these things that we still have to pay to use instead of investing in public spaces and transportation/infrastructure projects

Cool, hadn't heard this was happening. May try to catch a showing

Same, the physical camera button and 3.5mm headphone jack on the Xperia are awesome

Haven't had this particular brand, but I've made vegan musubi before with another. Turned out great and tbh I couldn't tell the difference. The only downside was the price difference.
