Don’t downplay the danger.
The US has the largest military in the world. If enough trump-loving generals are on board, military members will either obey, or face dishonorable discharge, and/or worse.

Even doctors have HIPAA rules. You can’t go home and tell your spouse about your patient’s name and treatment.
