The Gallup polls always had trump bouncing up and down between like 35% and 50% over the years, but early in his first term is almost identical to this one. I don't really trust polling in general anyway, but I guess there's not much else to go off at this point. He did get booed pretty hard at the Superbowl

Trump and his policies are significantly more popular now than they were in 2017

Why do you say this? Things seem about the same to me.

I'm pretty sure they had a trans flag banner or something in the game years ago. Also, NMS doesn't use gendered language and it's great

Kinda surprised none of the Dems voted for this guy, not even Fetterman or that one CIA lady from Michigan

It's like they want someone to get their next CEO too

Hey remember that time we killed a bunch of people by blowing up their pagers? Hold on to this pager for me...

Yeah, I was confused by the copied text in the OP because the word AOC used was changed into "removed" I think? Then it was edited to use an asterisk instead.

Fuck this confused me. I genuinely hate journalists who don't just write the fucking words instead of "r-word". Took me a long time to realize AOC called Trump a removed (person who sexually assaults others) and not an actual slur

this is just so he can replace them with loyalists

defying legal limits

I feel like there's a word for this they could have used

Breaking news: fiction is fictional

I have seen a lot of people in the streets this week protesting ICE. There's a movement there that can at least keep full-blown fascism away for now, but yeah they'll just go right back to doing everything that leads up to fascism again

I've looked at a few lists here and there, but it seems like there just aren't many co-ops that recruit strangers online. Anyone have any experience working for a co-op as a dev? It seems like it would be an awesome way to structure a small web/app dev team. Part of me wants to try to start one myself, but it's hard to imagine maintaining the motivation needed for a task like that when I can barely function as it is.

Anyway, what's up with the lack of cooperatives? Sorry if this is the wrong comm, seemed like the best place
