This is a ridiculous statement. Copilot should be opt-in, not opt-out and the setting is new.

Perfectly reasonable by the sysadmin to not have that already set.

That's funny, because getting an ad for Copilot inside my startmenu was actually what made me go back to Linux after 10 years.

That's what the instructions are guiding you to do.

If you hate the terminal then maybe Linux simply isn't for you? That's completely okay you know. Use the tool that's right for you.
