Shouldn't some of the ad revenue be going to the Lemmy servers? Seems kinda wack.

It's under your profile on the top left "remove ads". Sync ultra removes ads too but is more expensive because it has extra features.

Why wouldn't you compare this with liftoff or jerboa? What's theScore?

Yeah seems like reddit users don't really care. But a large portion of Lemmy users are into FOSS and privacy.
