In fairness this is the only way to enjoy the film. Other than media literacy YouTubers that'll praise it in a few years, I think this is the best it'll get in a while.

Hypothetically what if the actual counties and states in question didn't elect governors, senators, and a president that was Republican, because in reality they did? Hypothetically? What if?
He'll toss them a few subsidies like last time and secure their vote for the third term.
That's the plan they voted for. They deserve what they get.
