Supposedly you will be able to play doom on the mower between April and September this year but they've already showed it off. At dreadhack this winter Husqvarna let people play doom on their mower.
I wasn't there I just read an excerpt of an article

Even then i don't think hushållssopor is all that they won't collect. Kommunal's head spoke with Swedish Radio(SR) about batteries and metals building up at the Tesla service centers. But maybe he was a bit overzealous and they don't collect materials for recycling.

Personally I expect such a high tech company in a rich country to have a high enough standard that people do not die there. I also expect accidents that lead to amputation to get reported as they happen.

SpaceX does not seem like a large enough company to write deaths off like that.
