I looked at several photos, and matched certain prominent patterns since I know they can come and go with the sun. I think you're right that they are mostly fake, but there are a few moles/freckles that appear throughout all of them. But 🤷

Are they fake? Looking at other photos, the freckles seem to be consistent (when not covered up by make-up). I guess she could be using an app that always applies the same freckle pattern.
