Does anyone have any good literature/a nice summary on how and why all of the former Soviet states and Warsaw pact countries have basically fully reversed course and become reactionary hellholes? Was it lack of socialist education? Western influence before and after the collapse? Disillusioned population due to mismanagement (I'm thinking Romania here)?

Obviously we’re very far left and vocal about being anti establishment, some things I’ve seen posted here, whilst I won’t admit I agree with :) are pretty sus from a feds perspective. If the site was raided and if people were subject to arrests, what do you think they would be charged with? We’re obviously on a list of course but the same can be said about all people tbh so I don’t really care about that, but since the political sphere in the US is becoming more mask off fash from both parties especially the drump comment about “enemy within” what do you think the future is? Also what crime is committed exactly? Might be a weird example but places like Georgia are racially targeting rappers by using their lyrics as evidence that they have committed crimes, couldn’t something similar happen here on this space? I think it’s already been alarming for years but even more so with the multitude of arrests of people in support of Palestine including students who were just present at protests. I’ve seen people on here say we have to be organized etc in order for feds to take an initiative, but who knows exactly.

So I found out the other day that he is personally on a board of auditors that legitimately get to decide specific businesses for investigation. He asked me for suggestions the other day. I would love to hear some.

I don’t have a degree but I’m good at lying on my resume, it was how I was able to get a job that I maintained for a year. I hate working as does everyone but I’m more vocal about hating it and often get myself into trouble. I don’t have college credits or degrees or any certifications or training. I’m autistic too so most the jobs I’ve had have been extremely uncomfortable. Ideally I would like to work with flowers even though I have no experience I really like them and think it’s quiet but I think these are few and far between. I would think with how anti-US empire we are, there would be at least one or two hex-reporters there covering all the based action.

Like what if she went on whatever her next big interview is and just declared that Israel was an apartheid genocide state that, once elected, she would bring to heel.

She vows to immediately cute all aid and in fact begin working against Israel in any way. Maybe that's implementing a blockade, maybe it is boots on the ground invasion of tel Aviv, or maybe it's just diplomatic in some manner.

What would happen? This is assuming she just went rogue so to speak... That is this is not the state department line or something. Maybe she personally broke inside at the horrors she's witnessed, maybe she is seeing her polls and decides this is best, maybe she's just drugged out of her mind and she can't remember who she is anymore. Would the Democrats disavow her? Halt her campaign in some way? Have her dealt with? Or would they be forced to sorta follow suit because the election is so close?

I just think about this because she quite literally could go on TV and say whatever the hell she wanted. If she was as compassionate towards the Palestinians as she claims she could do it regardless of what Biden or anyone else says.

For me, it's a quote from a DND session on YouTube, said by a very simple and kind paladin. The series was not serious roleplay, it was just some friends having fun and making entertainment. But the paladin said "why be mean when you can be nice?". And that immediately rearranged my brain chemistry. I stopped hating people who were happier than me, I stopped assuming the worst of people, I stopped being mean to people who were just having fun. This was in the day when cringe culture was very much on the rise, and bullying people who were a bit weird was the most popular thing to do. I used to watch some shithead youtubers who would just bully others on the internet, and I ate it up because I was 15. But the sentence "why be mean when you can be nice" just changed me. Why spread negativity instead of positivity? Who gains from that.
