Given what the Meloni government has done (and she's as much of a fascist as everyone else), more of the same economic policies but treating immigrants even worse than they already are.
One reason for this is that the current neoliberal policies are basically already what fascists want, so the only thing left is extermination/deportation of a given [bad group]
