Never mind the crow bros, here's the gullfriends.

Herring gulls live for 12 years, mate for life, and are intelligent social birds. This is a place to appreciate positive interactions with the little skwarkers. They are on the red endangered list in the UK and a protected species, so let's all be nice to them.

That will do for now. We'll see how it goes.

This gullfriend got an itchy eye during the photo-shoot.

Took this photo in Park Frankendael in Amsterdam a few years ago - just learned about this community and thought it would fit ๐Ÿ˜

He was just chilling on the northwest German coast, way closer to humans than usual, so I had to take a pic :)

New camera in hand, we made a deal with some local gulls. We provide the chips if they pose for us so I can get some photos!

And didn't they oblige!

This fine gull is a Silver Gull (not a Herring Gull) from Australia, and you'll be pleased to know, the chip was caught!

Steve (the second) enjoys a biscuit but Katy can't muster the courage to have one.

Spot was a gullfriend until he started banging on the window with his beak to demand treats at all times of the day and night. Now he doesn't get any more food.

We have a gullfriend called Steve who we made friends with ages ago. She disappeared for a few months, but then came back. We gave her some currants, she flew off, and then came back with this present for us. Nest making material of sticks and feathers. Thanks Steve!
