Just want to correct an error of your title: no, US not based. US cringe.
Anyway, for a real answer: TELUS might seem like a good bet. They have various kinds of jobs, and I applied to the "Internet Safety Evaluator" position in particular, and I just got a notification to verify my ID today. They're still going over my stuff, but I'm fairly confident that they'll hire me. They're completely online, and it seems to be the "at your own pace" kind of stuff that you'd get with Outlier or DataAnnotation. The position I applied for is $14/hr.
Will check this out, thanks!
