Found on reddit. I'm told the reason for their visit is to intimidate the Haitian immigrant community there.

Really paints a good target on them. Hopefully theyll take to wearing them on their clothes in the future, nothing like a good bulleseye straight up center mass.

They should try this in Germany. Would be a fun group trip for them.
