I don’t know if this is what she meant but I’ve heard that regular erections can prevent atrophy

Edit: actually I know some transfemmes take viagra specifically for this so you might have some luck with that

Seconding naom3, regular erections (like idk 10-20 minutes per week or so) can prevent atrophy (anecdotal evidence tho so i guess take with a grain of salt).
