Picked up Turns Out My Dick Was a Cute Girl

It's so incredibly stupid; I love it.

As mentioned in another comment, if we ever get an anime_no_context community on this instance, this manga would be perfect for it.

I can post screenshots from this and 100GF all day.

This series has some of the absolute best visual gags. I keep thinking that the joke will get old, but it hasn't yet.
