How reliable is this source? Several german newsrooms mentioned are under public law (öffentlich-rechentlich), so I guess this is the real deal?

EDIT: It's a Visegrád based journalist network FWIW.

Visegrád don't mean shit these days, the journalist is Polish, and worked with Radio Free Europe.

If anything, she's Western-biased.
