My best friend who claims that working part-time is worth less than working full-time because my contribution to society isn't big enough. Do I not want to have more money to spend on vacations? Sense of pride and accomplishment?

Most office jobs don't really contribute anything to society, and yet those usually pay better than a job in production, crafts or service industry

I believe that leaders are needed to understand and take responsibility for the work of a group of people. Groups without a leader, without expert direction, will not create and adhere to processes that lead to success.

There are certainly exceptions to this, for example, highly skilled workers who share in the profit may not need to be supervised by someone else.

Have you tried EA's Star Wars: Battlefront II?

It really makes you feel like you've paid 400$ for Darth Vader
