I know in Pulp Fiction Jules isn't hot on the idea, and I get how it might not sound good, but it is!

IMMENSELY unhealthy of course, but many great things in life are.

I use rice vinegar instead of citrus and add in some honey/sugar. Also add back the msg if the gochujang doesn't have it (a lot of the stuff sold here doesn't have msg, I always have to sift through brands to find one that does)

Can also add ketchup as well, but it works p well either way

The flavour does vary a lot from brand to brand; I generally prefer the less sweet ones.
