You shouldn't be scared of something that doesn't exist.
The only think you have to fear is fear itself ... and snakes
Tell that to the random sounds i hear at night that have a 49% of being from a monster beyond human comprehension and a 51% chance of being from my cat
Communist movements have absolutely existed though, nobody fears Upper-Stage Communism which hasn't existed yet, but the movements and states guided by said movements towards Communism.
