You're not going to need internet with all the maintenance work you'll be doing on 800 hectare
Agreed, but really if I weren't trying to profit on any of it... I wouldn't touch much of any of it. Let nature do it's work on all of it but the way in/out and living space
800 hectares is 1976 acres. That’s a huge property. What sort of maintenance would you be doing? Farming? That’s almost 5 times the size of an average farm in the US. You’re talking about a large commercial farming operation, not an “off-grid lifestyle” property.
Who said hectare? OP says acre.
