i havent ever thought about ada before this thread and can't evaluate whether she has uneaned trust. it seems like Blahaj is a cool place though (but again, my instance is not federated with a number of other common instances) and ada is the co-admin so i feel like i should have a reasonable amount of trust even if she may have failed in this, imo extremely nuanced, instance

Blahaj is a cool place despite Ada. Ada asked trans people to come, and a bunch of cool transes arrived. But Ada has consistently gotten in the way of that with bad takes, heavy handed moderation, and defending transphobes.
