Body horror?
I can see it - the top-right green squiggle has a bit of an Amigara Fault vibe to it.
"This lever... it was made for me!"
Body horror is what the typical trolly problem contains, but this one describes their mutilation by cars against your will rather than depicting it on the tracks. You're powerless to stop it, and you're haunted by it long after the tracks have decayed.
