Yeah, the part where one of the key reasons behind the barest reforms was that their own militaries were becoming sickly, stunted, and weak... with drone weapons you have an excuse (albeit deeply flawed) to not even care about that!

Ah, but have you considered that almost all zombies are actually magical or superscience? What's important is that they set up the Gimmick that enables zombies, and then reason from that.

They should also grind their joints to dust pretty quickly, run out of energy, and go blind.

They're using "sees" in the fairly lexiphanicistic* sense of "causes X to Y".

You might like the Horror Vanguard podcast. It's a left political look at all kindsa horror films, and it takes an honest joy in analysing them more seriously than most of them were intended to be.
