Since yesterday, I keep getting update notifications. However, the updates seems to not tell what’s updated and it’s very spam-ish. Was wondering if other people have the same issue;

There’s no reason to, the screenshot shows it is a TestFlight version. Simple as that.
What about people that doesn't see images by default, or don't know what TestFlight means? Or those just seeing the post title in the list? You can just edit your title to start with "TestFight: " and resolve this (quicker than arguing!)
