i ask this as a half indian guy from the US. I don't particularly find white women attractive and none of the indian dudes in my friends circle worship them like we are depicted as doing. its so dumb

short: racisme

long: 'vulnerability' or 'violation' of white women is a fundamental discourse in the justification for colonial domination, because these were patriarchal societies that fabricated these tropes. it's still around through cultural inertia and remaining colonial relationships.
