Ukraine is always doing spectacularly against Russia. One wonders why they still need so much money and weapons. Also, why isn't China giving billions to help out Russia, considering their staggering losses.

Saying "the enemy suffered heavy losses" works for short-term propaganda but has diminishing returns the longer you use it...
