Includes lore like how a instance got it's name, how an instance got defederated, how an admin got doxxed, fedihistory etc

(New) This sub's intentions is to an archive/newspaper, as in preferably don't get into fights with each other or the ppl featured in the drama

It is with great sadness that i write this. however The Admin team has parted ways. I have closed registrations, and disabled the option to create new communities. The server will be ran until the payments dry up (about ~1-2 months). We have tried to build a community for autistic people online. It ended up not working for which we apologize. Please do not go after the other team members. Some disappeared, some went their ways, but whatever the reason i wish them the best. If you have any questions, leave them here and i will try to answer them.

The linked thread's comments aren't federating to my instance so I'm commenting here. If someone recreates !sillydrawingrequests@lemmy.autism.place please let me know. I couldn't contribute much to it, but I would absolutely love to hang out and lurk, because that sounds like an adorable idea and I wish I had come across it before.

I messaged the mod of that community asking if they will spin it up elsewhere. I offered to open it up on sopuli if they are not planning to. Love that community!

Edit: I figured @BackOnMyBS@lemmy.autism.place might be busy right now based on their history and might not answer any time soon, so I went ahead and created !sillydrawingrequests@sopuli.xyz.
