Hold out hope. Twitter is absolutely full of people saying how hot and awesome Luigi is. Lawyers are lining up to defend him. Be thankful he was apprehended peacefully instead of being shot by the cops (he could definitely still be killed in prison). Luigi will have months and possibly years to garner sympathy with his tragic story of pain and resentment against the health-care industry. Jury nullification is also a remote but amazing possibility.

Yeah, it looks like things are going a lot better for him than we had expected would happen if he got caught.

Also, the fact that he was apparently arrested with all of his gear from the deed kind of makes it look like he intentionally turned himself in by sitting in that McDonald's until someone recognized him. I hope that's the case at least, I don't want the cops to have the satisfaction of bagging this guy all on their own.
