So, without a mortgage, thats uh, you know, just be homeless, eat nothing, drive nothing, just work for 5.6 yrs and save it all, then you can buy a house without a mortgage!
Or ok, fine, put 20% of your money away each month... then you can buy a house in uh... 28 years!
