He will be remembered as one of the worst presidents and will just be a footnote in the chapters on Trump.

Any successes Biden had during his term have been wiped away by his refusal to step down earlier. All people will remember him for now is the dementia president who wouldn't let go.

And the genocide; I think in a few years he will be remembered more for that than his part in the inevitable decline
