Capitalism in Decay

Fascism is capitalism in decay. As with anticommunism in general, the ruling class has oversimplified this phenomenon to the point of absurdity and teaches but a small fraction of its history. This is the spot for getting a serious understanding of it (from a more proletarian perspective) and collecting the facts that contemporary anticommunists are unlikely to discuss.

Posts should be relevant to either fascism or neofascism, otherwise they belong in !latestagecapitalism@lemmygrad.ml. If you are unsure if the subject matter is related to either, share it there instead. Off‐topic posts shall be removed.

No capitalist apologia or other anticommunism. No bigotry, including racism, misogyny, ableism, heterosexism, or xenophobia. Be respectful. This is a safe space where all comrades should feel welcome.

For our purposes, we consider early Shōwa Japan to be capitalism in decay.

Lucas Gage (formerly Angelo John Gage), a white nationalist and military veteran who has been suspended from Twitter/X several times for antisemitic hate speech.

Nazi sympathizer and Holocaust denier Stew Peters. Peters has called Adolf Hitler a “hero,” said that undocumented immigrants should be murdered, and blamed Jewish people for hurricanes.

Holocaust-denying white supremacist Nick Fuentes, who reacted to the reelection of Donald Trump by declaring “Your body, my choice. Forever.” Shields had dinner with Fuentes last year, and was a VIP guest at his AFPAC conference in June.

Arthur Kwon Lee, an artist and self-described “racist” who has repeatedly praised Adolf Hitler and the Nazi Party, boasted that Hitler considered East Asians to be “honorary Aryans,” and referred to Black people as “mnkeys” and Jews as “demns.”

Thomas Rousseau, leader of the white nationalist hate group Patriot Front.

The martial arts / gym to far right pipeline is pretty strong and there is virtually no left wing alternative for it sadly. Maybe I should just start recruiting at my gym, idk.

There are some queer gyms that teach self defense/martial arts

Liberation Martial Arts. Not sure how big they are but I used to follow them. They have entire online classes (most of which is free) that you could use for self-training and could bring to a gym.
