Despite their best efforts to paint China as the ultimate evil, people are still lining up to try their products. I feel like that says something.

You can change the menu to english in the app. Some people use bubble translate to read chinese content, but if you're only interacting with english language posts, you'll mostly get english stuff in your fyp.
