The health insurance industry needs to be changed significantly as it neither makes care cheaper, more accessible or more available.

Insurance in general is fucked. Home insurance just broke in Florida and now California.

Making money is only a side effect.

It also kills the poor.

People who fail to work harder, follow the rules more closely, buy into the party narrative better, conform in the various ways more closely - than the other people. That's the poor.

So the medical system is a population filter. It's saving the cream and discarding the crap. Money is just one component in that machine.
