We have to keep in mind that this probably is true for very basic websites. As long as you creat those you dont even need more than one wordpress theme that you just alter for your client, so even in that case you can proide low rates without any AI support needed.
But as soon as you create highly customized websites tailored to the CI of your customer or more complex design systems for ecommerce you cant rely on AI nor on simple wordpress themes anymore. So I think most of us designer are pretty safe right now from the terminators
