Users of Apple’s iOS devices in the EU got access this week to a porn app for the first time, called Hot Tub.

It seems kinda obvious what the article is about. And no, it's not really about the porn app.

I’m gonna back the person you replied to. It’s a shitty headline. It’s clickbait. No app gets on your phone without deliberate action from the user. This is obviously not addressing malware, which would definitely not install a porn app, but which could potentially run code to install something and which would certainly hide that fact.

Shit headline. Article content was not addressed. Person you replied to was correct.
