Broken clock etc etc. I only see pennies as stealing. If you charge me $9.99 instead of $10, you're doing some kind of fuck-fuck psychology game to make me think more is less. Pennies are worthless as a practical currency and only result in predatory business practices.
lol in mexico's supermarkets you were asked to donate whatever cents were left and that was used as a tax evasion scheme.
At least half of chain stores in America do the exact same thing
