Thanks for the questions! It's always good to be prepared and helping others do so is nice. I'm NC with most of my family, so I spend my resources on helping friends, although I should probably do a better job at that. I think there was a discussion thread about this in the !diy@vegantheoryclub.org community a while ago, so feel free to post any advice you have there :)
