I find the whole notion that having a revolving door government is a measure of democracy is absurd beyond belief. You want power of recall, and the ability to hold the government accountable. Simply shuffling who's in charge doesn't accomplish that.

Imagine a hamburger that's good. You want to keep eating that hamburger forever. Mm, good burger. But if a hamburger is bad, you want to stop eating it. You want to throw up out of your car window onto the interstate because the bad hamburger made you sick.
