I don't use a password manager, I don't trust the people that run them forever and I don't trust the software to be totally secure. I write them down, plus I have a mental system to generate passwords that I can usually rely on.

@dan1101 I actually keep all my passwords on google drive.. well, hints to my passwords.
I also obscure the name of the services (banks, apps, websites) with something that only I can immediately understand. For example, a general pw plus differentiator characters for acct at a bank with a blue logo would read:
