I believe that it is the responsibility of society to provide for parents and children. We should make sure raising children is not particularly damaging economically. Saying that they "breed themselves into poverty" is just an excuse not to do that, as it is in this case.

For this reason, commenting "they will breed into poverty" under a post about tax cuts for mothers is quite misanthropic and idiotic, since it will probably decrease poverty.
