If a source you used was already posted by someone else, the autoMod will leave a message. Please remove your post if the autoMod is correct. If the post that matches your post is very old, we refer you to rule 5.


8. Misinformation is prohibited.


Misinformation / propaganda is strictly prohibited. Any comment or post containing or linking to misinformation will be removed. If you feel that your post has been removed in error, credible sources must be provided.


9. No link shorteners.


The auto mod will contact you if a link shortener is detected, please delete your post if they are right.


10. Don't copy entire article in your post body


For copyright reasons, you are not allowed to copy an entire article into your post body. This is an instance wide rule, that is strictly enforced in this community.

It is right on the Mexican border. I wonder how easy it is to get to from that side and how complicit the Mexican authorities are.

I wonder how complicit the Texan authorities are.

This issue is bullshit because they could easily stop the problem by absolute liabillity prosecuting any and all employers who hire and obtain labor from workers that are not legally allowed to be in the country AND/OR work.

It would stop very quickly and anyone else looking at coming for work would realize its not worth it and find other opportunities elsewhere. The liabillity as it stands seems to always be shouldered by the workers themselves and never the rich employers so its a bullshit issue they dont want to fix and have no intention of addressing the root cause.

Pretty sure they could go to any Trump property and do a sweep and catch at least 1 person who was knowingly hired for cheaper wages and shitty employment terms by the Boss himself
