I don't think so. The goal of this regime was always to destroy the rule of law. They've made that clear since 2016.

They're doing it because it's illegal and unconstitutional. They've already admitted that they're next step is to suspend rule of law for citizens.

There was never going to be a legal recourse against fascism - that's not how it works.
