My psychologist, psychiatrist and someone in my personal life who is not a friend or family member all think I have autism. None of them know each other, and have just told me that coincidentally at the same time. Unfortunately, it would explain a lot. I didn't even think of it until they said it.
Is it true, is it fact based, to what level?
And what can you do with that information?
Based on the questionnaires I filled out, it seems likely, but I haven't been through the formal diagnostic process.
It can help me understand myself and put a name to some of the struggles I've faced. Also how to deal with them.
