My psychologist, psychiatrist and someone in my personal life who is not a friend or family member all think I have autism. None of them know each other, and have just told me that coincidentally at the same time. Unfortunately, it would explain a lot. I didn't even think of it until they said it.

Based on the questionnaires I filled out, it seems likely, but I haven't been through the formal diagnostic process.

It can help me understand myself and put a name to some of the struggles I've faced. Also how to deal with them.

No, you're not difficult, you literally just run different software. And you'll stop kicking yourself for not being able to run contrary to your specs
