Some councillors want to legally require developers to create parking spots.

New housing proposals that don’t include parking spots will be rejected.

Other councillors disagree.

Why are people so hell bent on increasing city sprawl? It's so pathetic. Allowing four story buildings in the suburbs should be a no brainer IMO.
