I'm pretty wrecked after my 1 full time job. I would rather turn to crime before I get 2 more jobs.

Most of these jobs are not full time. So people do work more than 40h a week, but not necessarily more than 8h a day. For example working on weekends or off days of the "main" job.

But it's fucked regardless.

When I was working multiple jobs none of them were over 40 hours but I'd regularly be working 12+ per day 7 days a week.

Not to mention the commute times between them.

Fucking hell I'm happy I'm working only 1 now that pays almost $30 per hour, the only issue is if my rent keeps going up at the same rate per year and my wages keep going at the same rate I'll be priced out of my shitty apartment in 5 years. 10 years max.

It's also the constant switching and commuting and different routines. 40 h between two (or more) jobs I found more stressful than 40 h in one job. It was like work never ended when I had two part-time jobs and one from home.

The lack of consistence and hours is what I hated about part time jobs. I hated those shifts that would eat up my entire day, now at least I work every morning and done by 4.
