Yep they just want to put the genocide back in the basement for a few years till the heat dies down.
Not years, just until the next admin gets in. Until then, this will be bad, mean, scary, out of control (notice the attempt at naturalising the unstable fascistic behaviours!!) Zionism, and once the new guy is in it'll be good Zionism.
